For fast hassle free transactions please use our website shopping cart! For USA and Canada customers you can place an order by phone with a credit card from 9am to 4pm Pacific Time. We also take snail mail orders, paid by USPS Money Orders or Cashiers checks. To place an order by snail mail, please email or call us for your total price and mailing instructions.

Website Sales; Data Security and Encryption

We accept major credit cards and process them via a secure Merchant account or PayPal and there's No Need to have a PayPal account. When making a payment through our shopping cart the system automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you can even type a letter, our or Pay Pal's server checks that you're using an approved browser. We make every effort to insure your personal information is secure. If you have any questions about this you can contact us anytime.

Privacy policy:

The information collected is used to process your order and not shared with anyone else, period. Customers that signed up for occasional offers may receive mail or email.

International Sales

We accept major credit cards and process them via PayPal. Due to the large amount of fraud from International transactions, most International shipments will be held for a minimum of 3 days before shipping, you will be advised of any further delay. We will only ship to the name and address on file with PayPal. We occasionally make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.


We make every effort to ensure that everything is available for immediate shipment. In the event that we sell out before the item can be removed from our website. The buyer will be informed of the estimated time of the backorder and can decide whether to wait for the order to ship or cancel the order for a refund. As with everything that we do, communication is key, and the buyer will be fully informed throughout the process.

Shipping and Handling

We understand that your time is important, and ship everything as quickly as possible. Items purchased Monday through Friday ship within 24 - 48 hours. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of payment, and another email to confirm order shipment. The order shipment confirmation will contain the details about your shipment and tracking if applicable. Some heavy items have additional shipping charges, but shipping charges are always reasonable. If you are undercharged, you may be asked for additional shipping before we ship your order. Shipping charges include labor, materials and insurance if applicable.

International Shipping

We ship to many different countries around the world. All international shipments are made via USPS Global Airmail® (uninsurable) Global Priority Mail® (insurance included) and Global Express Mail™ (insurance included). Our website defaults to Express mail so if you would like to use one of the other methods please write a note in the comments box during check out and we’ll refund the difference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments so we recommend the addition of insurance. International packages are shipped at the sole risk of the buyer unless insurance is purchased.


Your satisfaction is Guaranteed and very important to us! If you're not totally satisfied, you can return anything that you purchase for any reason with in 30 days. Proof of purchased is required. All returns require an RMA number. The item must be in unused and new condition and sent back in the same packaging (undamaged) to receive a refund. For items that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original payment, no exceptions. Disposable batteries sales are final and cannot be returned. Certain items and Special order items when returned will incur a 10 - 25% restocking fee.

  • Postage for all product returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For items that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any attempt to disassemble your flashlight will void your warranty - please check with us first.
  • When contacting us please have your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
  • Our customer service representatives may step you through a few procedures to see if the problem can be resolved without sending in the light. Once a return is authorized, please write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
